The most recent Charity Point Meeting was held in a warm and intimate atmosphere, where participants openly shared the challenges of everyday life, moments of joy, and the stories that give them strength. Coordinators from across the country came together to reflect, exchange experiences, and encourage one another in their service.
In recent months, three new Charity Points have been established, meaning the mission is now able to provide support in sixteen locations. This growth not only expands the network but also allows help and hope to reach an increasing number of families.
Coordinators reported that more and more people are turning to them for help. Some are in need of warm clothing, others of non-perishable food, while many simply long for a caring conversation. Staff at the Charity Points organize clothing drives, distribute donations, and provide emotional and spiritual support to those who seek their help.
“As we see it, everyone serves with heart and dedication, and many families in need reach out to us. We are grateful for the donations and trust that we can open new opportunities to connect with supporters,” said István Kis, Head of the Charity Service Department.
The meeting focused not only on tasks, but also on the strength of community. Participants drew faith and encouragement from each other’s stories, and their shared conversations sparked new ideas for the future.
