training session

The training series for instructors continued at the Békés center of the Hungarian Gypsy Missions International with the program titled “Assertive Communication for Community Development Professionals.” Participants of the training, organized by the Roma Methodology and Research Center, had the opportunity to acquire knowledge with the help of Anita Tóth, a missionary co-worker and trainer, enabling them to recognize and apply assertive communication, pass on the acquired knowledge, and thereby train other trainers.

The upcoming sessions will focus on self-awareness, mentoring, pedagogical knowledge, and administrative preparation.
